Company Development History:

2002 – Foundation of TRANSINTERSERVICE – SPb Ltd., Russia - a road haulier with the own park of special transport vehicles;

2002 – Foundation of Trans Inter Service GmbH & Co.KG, Germany - a road haulier with the own park of special transport vehicle;

2002 – Introduction of TRANSINTERSERVICE – SPb Ltd. into the Association of International Automobile Carriers, that allows us to carry out international cargo transportations.
2002 – Equipping of all vehicles by the system of satellite tracking "M2M telematika", that allows to trace round 24-hours movement of lorry convoys at long-distance or international transportations;
2003 - Conclusion of the direct contract with the Seaport of St.-Petersburg Ltd and also contracts with other sea and river ports of Russia, that allows us to carry out 24-hours terminal processing of our cargoes;
2005 - Foundation of  TIS Ltd., Russia – a transport-forwarding company, offering services for transportation of project cargoes;

2005 - Introduction of TIS Ltd. into FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations, that is a guarantee of the high quality standard of the company;

2006 - Introduction of TRANSINTERSERVICE – SPb Ltd. into the Register that allows considerably cutting down of time and money expenditures to carry out cargo transportation under custom convey.

2007 – Increase of the own park of special transport vehicles of TIS GROUP up to 70 truck-trailers with the 3 - 8 axles;

2007 – Carrying out of the cargo handling in different ports of the Russian Federation and Europe on regular basis; transportation of extra-heavy cargoes using different types of vessels;

2007 - Foundation of TIS-Broker Ltd., Russia - a customs broker, offering services of custom clearance;

2008 - Carrying out of the extra-heavy cargoes, using vessels with their own cargo derricks and carrying out of the Ro-Ro cargo handling on regular basis;

2008 – Creation of the engineering and railway department in TIS Ltd., that allows us to transport cargoes by rail using one's own resources;

2008 - Foundation of Trans Inter Service Frankfurt GmbH., Germany - a transport-forwarding company, offering services for transportation of project cargoes;

2008 - Increase of the own park of special transport vehicles of TIS GROUP by the module special semitrailers Goldhofer, that allows transportation of cargo units with weight exceeding 1000t;

2009 – Active using of the module special semitrailers Goldhofer on the whole territory of the Russian Federation on regular basis;

2009 – Significant strengthening of the company position on the market of transport and forwarding services for standart cargoes;

2010 - Foundation of TransInterService Dresden GmbH (Dresden, Germany) - a transport-forwarding company, offering services for transportation of project cargoes.
